The Health Occupations Center is having a Second Chance Orientation on Monday, December 17, 2018 from noon – 4:00 pm.

Courses that do not require an orientation or testing are:

  • Medical Terminology
  • Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider – BLS - (on-line and in person registration available)
  • CEUs for CNAs (on-line and in person registration available)
  • Electronic Medical Records
  • Home Health Aide
  • Understanding Cardiac Arrhythmias
  • Intravenous Therapy and Blood Withdrawal
  • EMT Refresher
  • Math and English Review (please contact the HOC office for registration information - short informational meeting required)
  • TEAS Review (registration opens November 1, 2018)
  • Advanced Airways

Things to remember…

  • Make sure to attend a mandatory orientation on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 9:00 am OR 5:00 pm.
  • If you would like to register for the TEAS Review class to prepare for your TEAS Test, registration will open for the TEAS Review on Thursday, November 1, 2018.
  • Vocational Nursing application will be posted on the Vocational Nursing page on November 1,2018.
